Nothing is due when you reserve. We call to confirm your pickup and take card details, weigh the bags at pickup, and charge your card only after the clean laundry is back at your door.
Each camper is billed individually, even in the same household. Mention multiple children when we call and we'll coordinate everything into one pickup and one delivery.
Everything launderable does, washed and dried separately from other orders. Please remove non-laundry items such as books, snacks, and electronics before pickup.
